Job Description Individual Giving and Events Manager Location - Gloucestershire Salary - 25,000 - 34,000 Individual Giving and Events Manager required for a Charity based in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising income and support for the charity through management of a team fundraisers. You will be researching, developing and managing high volume individual relationships and will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of individual giving and product led fundraising. It is essential that you have the following: Strong staff management experience; experience of strategic planning; experience of managing development, delivery and monitoring of annual plans and budgets; experience of developing and delivering UK wide fundraising events; production of effective communications; experience of producing management information; a strong understanding of direct marketing and event fundraising; strong understanding of charity law, policy and regulatory environments.
